Alexis Budge is Executive Vice President and Director of Investor Relations for Flagship Healthcare Properties (Flagship). She leads the company’s efforts to grow and manage our network of accredited investors in the firm’s private real estate investment trust, Flagship Healthcare Trust (Flagship REIT), and engages with the investment community. Flagship REIT is focused on outpatient healthcare real estate throughout the Southeastern and Southern Mid-Atlantic U.S.

Prior to joining Flagship, Alexis served as Vice President of Business Development for CapGrow Partners where she was responsible for driving the company’s real estate investment growth through strategic partnerships on a national scale, as well as helping to provide direction and planning for the company. During her time at CapGrow, Alexis held various leadership positions across sales, marketing and business development, continually developing the brand, evaluating key opportunities and relationships, as well as overseeing a team of sales and marketing professionals. 

Alexis earned her bachelor’s degree at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania before heading to Europe with Boston University’s College of Communication where she earned a master’s degree in corporate public relations. 

Alexis recently moved to the Charlotte area with her husband Stephen and their two children.
